Forced to pay for return postage on counterfeit goods
I purchased a rare miniature from a seller recently and when it arrived I found that it was made of resin, not the plastic that the model is meant to be made from, I requested a refund and am being told to pay for the postage to return it. There are no options anywhere on my ebay to contact support about it, or have ebay step in. What do I do?
Also I found that they have sold many other copies of the exact same miniature, likely all counterfeit.

·3 years agoYou read the buying basics and follow policy
Or look at the top of every page to contact eBay
You cannot ask ebay to step in if you have not opened a dispute
You were not 'forced to pay postage' you failed to use the tools given to you
If the thing is not as described, the seller pays return postage

·3 years agoMarvellous... you found your way to the boards & managed to leave negative feedback.
How hard would it have been to read the Money Back Guarantee on the listing & the seller's not so great feedback before purchasing?

·3 years agoDid you open a dispute with eBay's MBG ? If so then the seller would have had to pay the return postage if you could prove the item was fake.
