"GET WHAT YOU ORDER OR MONEY BACK",

This promise is NOT worth having. The last 2 purchases I made I didn't receive what I ordered.  Have had offers of partial refund - not good enough. What I received I don't want. I want what I DIDNT receive. I suspect the items on sale were not available, so that is false advertising.

    Be careful guys.

You're not having a good run on ebay, by the looks of things. You have only left feedback for 12 things but of those, I can see 5 were disappointments, even though some were labelled as positives (green).

Here are some ideas to help you.

    1. Read the ad then re-read it, to double check exactly what you are getting. If you are buying from China, check if it is a brand or 'unbranded' etc

    2. Check out seller's feedback to see what sort of problems other buyers might be having.

    3. If you don't get what was described in the ad, open a claim in ebay itself. When you do this, you don't agree to pay return postage. If you buy from Australia, the seller will need to send a postage label. From overseas, insist they pay the postage upfront if they want the item back. If it is a $2 item from China, they probably won't.

    4. Follow through with your claim till you get your full refund. Do not believe sellers if they tell you that you have to cloase the case before they can refund. Don't accept offers of a replacement. Once a case is open, stick out for the full refund. You will need to do all this though within 30 days of due arrival date.

Sellers might try to delay you but don't mess around, you only get a month.

    5. If you paid via paypal, you can make a claim there for longer, but they don't cover guarantees or claims about the quality of the item, only items that have not arrived or are definitely not what you ordered.

Get what you ordered or your money back

IF you follow the proper process

If you choose not to open an item not as described dispute, that is up to you

'I want what I did'nt receive' is not the same as get what you ordered or you money back

Apparently you do not want your money back though

    Which is up to you

But don't discourage others from opening the dispute they are entitled to, and will get their money back

You also made the choice in both cases to buy from sellers in China who both had  horrible feedback

eBay do not read here, this is a member to member forum and most members here know how to use the tools eBay give them

And not to buy from dodgy as sellers in China
