ON 26/9/22 I PURCHASED SOME SPEAKER TERMINALS REF LOOKS TO BE # O*26-09137-8781 1

I WAS TOLD AT THE TIME DELIVERY WOULD BE DECEMBER BUT THEY'VE STILL NOT ARRIVED.

As you only opened this a/c today we have no chance to check out the buyer for you.

More information needed to help you.

What was the final ETA given by eBay for the item ?

If you are more than 30 days past that then eBay can't help you and you need to go to Paypal for a dispute if you paid that way.

Don't recall the exact date but it would be 30+ days late now that we're Jan 30. Didn't use PP

Then you have no case for a dispute, unless you paid by credit card, then you might be able to do a chargeback.
