·3 years agoCancelled orders are usually at the bottom of the purchase history page, and normally you can also quickly find them if you click on the "awaiting feedback" link on the left of the summary page. If you can't find anything at all, you probably used another account, as already stated.
Can you share the item number?

Did you buy when signed into this ID you are posting with?

Have you checked your emails, including spam folder to see if there are any emails from eBay to say there was an issue with the seller, and they have cancelled the sale?
