Guest checkout with no order number emailed

Hi Community,
We purchased a book as a guest and didn't recieve an order number email or reciept. The shop said that it would be 20-30 days for delivery. After 30 Days we are trying to make an enquiry, we have the date, time, amount, and some sort of code as a reference on our mastercard. We have no order number. The shop won't help without an order number and I can't seem to get a live person on ebay to talk to. There is a search that ebay have where i can put in my email address as a guest and they send through recent orders but i don't get or anything sent. Any ideas?
