    Hello: I've been asked to contact Ebay Contact Help, concerning a Warrantee issue.
                     

    Greetings! I ha e a warantee issue and they have instructed me to contact "Ebay- Help/Contact. Can you please help me to gain a resolution.

    This is the member to member forum, not eBay help

     

    Other members cannot resolve, and nor can eBay who do not provide nor enforce warranties

     

    The fact the seller you purchased from told you otherwise shows they are not an authorised seller and cannot provide a real warranty

     

    If you are outside the 30 day limit for the eBay MBG, there is nothing you can do via eBay

     

     

    When did you buy?

     

    What is the item number?

     

    Where is the seller registered?
