I recently sold a DJI OSMO Pocket 3 on eBay. The buyer has now initiated a return request, claiming they received a DJI OSMO Pocket 2 instead. They also uploaded a picture of a Pocket 2, saying that's what I sent them.I am 100% sure I shipped the DJI OSMO Pocket 3, as listed in my eBay listing. Unfortunately, I did not take any photos or videos of the item or the packaging before shipping. I am concerned this might be a case of buyer fraud, as I cannot think of any other explanation for this situation. What steps can I take to protect myself in this case?Should I escalate this to eBay, and if so, what evidence can I provide?Is there any way to prove that I sent the correct item, even without photos?Has anyone faced a similar issue, and how was it resolved?Any advice or insights from the community would be greatly appreciated!Thank you,
