Hi,payment for two items deducted from my bank account with no record on Ebay. No confirmation emails. Purchases at end of last week. Not sure of Sellers ID as was expecting emails and records. Order numbers appear to be on my bank record but can't contact Ebay via msg or email. Help please.

resolved. thanks. purchases attached to different email address. think might be related to signing in via Facebook.
