·1 year agoYou don't email sellers, you message them via ebay itself.
Is that what you mean you have been trying to do? And your messages have not been going through?
There is a way to contact ebay, go to help pages and keep going to chat, request call back, whatever.
But if you mean a message sent in the ebay system was not getting through, it may have been a glitch. Sometimes things go a little bit haywire on Friday. Try again today.

·1 year ago@maedwd01, what are you trying to find out from the seller?
Is it concerning an item you’ve already purchased, or is it concerning an item in which you’re interested?
This context matters.
We may be able to advise you, depending on the circumstances. Don’t post personal identifying information, and no seller usernames, but you can post item numbers and the context.

·1 year agoWhy are your eBay messages being rejected?
Why can't you contact 'poxy eBay' ?
No use yelling at other members
Your post sounds like user error
What information do you need?
As in, do you have a question about an item listed
Or
Do you have an issue with an item you have already purchased?

·1 year agoIt probably depends on 'how' you ask.....the bots pick up on keywords like 'off ebay'....what were you trying to convey?
