"Ok thank you,I have an order number, can that help find the seller or item details,i have tried several avenues but no success ??"
Try all these:
Go to your Purchase History Page:
1) Check the See Orders > drop down box option is set to the correct timespan
2) Enter the order number into the Search Orders box
Or did you purchase as a guest

Or through social media ?

·10 months agoAs said, your order number cannot help. This isn’t eBay CS; it’s eBay community.
Post the item number here. It’s on both your order (in your My purchases list) and in the message (and email) you received upon placing your order. You can also find it on the actual listing. That should help us to give you appropriate advice.
(But don’t post the seller name.)

·10 months agoYou can't. Common sense dictates that a tracking number is required to track a shipment.

What is the item number?
What was the estimated delivery date?
Have you communicated with the seller?
Did it say there would be tracking?
Is this from the BEYOND dodgy seller who last left you feedback?
If so, open and follow through with an item not received dispute as soon as it allows
And do not listen to whatever story the seller tells you
The seller has more than enough negs to warn you they are scammers
