How can you talk to a person on ebay.com.au
Summary: frad62 initiated a discussion with a question about how to communicate with a person on ebay.com.au. There were responses from sandypebbles and sugar249, but no further details were provided in the conversation.
I purchased a s26ultra on
ebay in blue which has been delivered.A black version not ordered nor paid for was charged to my account and then removed and return/refund issued. A diffefent price was shown different to the price I paid for my item
It appears that when you apply for a return/refund the black version appears with this item is closed and the other colour item is not recognised preventing a return/refund post form from being sent
Both items have been sent to me
These phones are a fake version of the Samsung model
They have no simcard slot so no phone calls or messages can or sent br received
Ebay is allowing this seller to sell fake phones
How do I get ebay to intervene and also remove this item from sale
The trade practices office could be interested in this

·1 year agoIf it's the last seller that left you feedback, why did you even buy, their feedback is in the gutter, and have a read of some of it.
Why don't buyers take responsibility

·1 year agoThere is no phone number
You check feedback before buying
every item has a report button
You open and follow through with item not as described dispute if you were not sent what was described in the ad
You notify you bank of any questionable charges
You leave the seller neg feedback
Have you done those things?
Did you buy on this account or as a guest?
What is the item number?
By all means contact anyone you wish
They will ask all of the above also
