How do I action a refund when the seller won't engage with me?
I purchased a Tupperware item which was supposed to have been sent on Sept 25. It is approximately 800 kilometres from Young to Forster NSW but the item still hasn't arrived. How do I get a refund?

·9 months agoYou would have needed to have opened an item not received dispute within the time limit (which is no later than 30 days past the latest estimated delivery date)
You don't need to wait for the seller to communicate with you to open a dipsute
What was the last estimated delivery estimate?
What was the item number?
How did you pay?
