They're a place that Chinese sellers use to dropship. The seller's name will be in your purchase history. As long as you're in the 30 day limit, if you've received an item not as described, use eBay's money back guarantee to file a claim with eBay https://pages.ebay.com.au/ebay-money-back-guarantee/ You have 180 days to file a claim with Paypal, but always try eBay first.
