Otherwise you would have had from fellow members as soon as you found an issue you did not know how to deal with
If the item is faulty, otherwise not as described or has not arrived, you open and follow through with the appropriate dispute
or, without giving personal details, let us know what is going on
Better to get factual answers rather than someone from eBay typing from a script, telling you what you want to hear to get rid of you
Is this from the seller with the atrocious feedback who you left positive feedback for?
If so, did they ask you to do so before they would help you?
Their photos are clearly lifted from other sites, likely they are dropshipping. So if that is what happened, they never were going to help
