how do know if the seller actually exists ?
I have purchased packing boxes 10 days ago , the shipper has never received the item , there is no scan , the seller does not answer a single query and some items on the sellers page have zero buys . And I have feedback , is this seller a scam ??

·6 months agoOf course the seller actually 'exists'
But it doesn't mean it isn't a scammer seller
You as the buyer have the power to open and follow through with an item not received dispute to get your money back
Especially if it is from one of the seller who have garbage feedback

·6 months agoI don't know if the seller is a scammer or if it is a hijacked account.
But regardless of the seller's record, if you don't receive your item by the expected delivery date range, immediately open an ebay claim, as casey outlined.
Don't hesitate, don't bother contacting the seller again & if by chance they do contact you after a claim is opened, just continue with the claim, no matter what they say.
A seller who fails to respond to any messages and doesn't post off your item in 10 days is doing a bad job, whether they are a scammer or not.

·6 months agoYou have 30 days after the last estimated delivery date to open an 'item not received' claim through eBay's Money Back Guarantee

What is the item number ? - Don't give the seller's name
