How do you mark an item as delivered? Hand delivered it. Buyer has no option to accept it?
Sold an item today. Hand delivered it. But I accidentally generated a postal label. We can’t work out how to change the item’s status from “sent” to “delivered”. My funds are on hold until the buyer has accepted it but he has no option to do so. Thanks.

If the buyer leaves you feedback, you can then contact eBay for early release of funds

Hand delivered items require rather QR code to be scanned, so that would be the buyer accepting the item part
Even if that had of been used though, your funds would still be on hold
Hopefully you have an honest buyer
Inexperienced seller, expensive item, you cannot prove you delivered it, plus on top of that, you generated a postage label you weren’t going to use
The first three things are a scammer’s dream, but now you have the added non label
As I said, I hope the buyer is honest

·1 year agoIt MIGHT help if the buyer gives you positive feedback for the item and you mark the item as "posted".
But the chances are as a new seller that your money will be held for some time.
