I bought an item as a guest but never got my confirmation email

I try to do the resend info email thing but it doesn’t work and I don’t receive anything. And of course eBay is useless with its customer support, I’m about to launch an ombudsman complaint.

Really? It takes one click on the "Help" hyperlink... type one word in the search box (guest)... and just one more click to find the relevant information. So two clicks and a single word.

I'd hardly call that useless.

Is there an issue with the item, or with the item not arriving?

Have you checked your spam folder?

If you have an issue, have you followed the instructions for buying as a guest when there are issues?
