I didn't receive the item and I bought as a guest. I tried to contact the seller but no reply.
I bought one item from ebay using guest account and I can't see my item on the Purchase History. I bought the item since 7 Oct and the ETA is between 12-19 Oct 2023. Now already 27 Oct and I sent the seller messages about getting the refund but the seller just ignore my messages. I tried to ask ebay to step in but don't know how to do it. Everytime I click "Contact seller", ebay always take me to the account registration page. Any thought about getting help from ebay ? Thanks

·2 years agoIf you bought on a guest account it will not show in your account's purchase history!
You should have been sent a confirmation email. There will be a link in that email where you can open an item not received case. If it is past the estimated delivery date don't waste time messaging - just open the case.

OP2 years agoThere is no link to open an item not received case. When I click the "Item hasn't arrived", it took me to the page for account registration for ebay account. It's so confusing, sometimes I got an error message "Oops, we got technical hiccup" ?

·2 years agoTry through the link that Padi provided. There will be a blue button that says " find you order details. Click on that and enter the order number - hopefully that will help, but I haven't used it before.

·2 years agoIf you bought the item on a guest account, then that's where the purchase will show.
You must open the Item Not Received case in the guest account.
