    This is called One Touch™.

     

    You can opt out of it. Log into your PayPal account (not the app; you’ll need to open PayPal in a web browser), and follow these instructions:

     

    ❝Go to Settings. 
    Click Security. 
    Click Update next to “Auto Login”.
