Hello all,
I have a fraud case opened on a case with seri e and their lead support team? I have sent two different uploads with the postal service actually confirming this is fraud. All I get are unhelpful automated canned answers and it’s frustrating.
This purchase was nearly $2000.00 and it’s the holidays and I really need that money to purchase gifts. eBay customer service is a joke and this business model is absolutely horrendous. I need to escalate my case to a manager and I want to speak with someone who can actually help me. This is absolutely unacceptable.

OP9 months agoI this is not resolved. I’m utterly disgusted with the customer service I’ve been receiving. I was told last Thursday that I would absolutely be getting a full refund and for some supervisory to go behind Mackenzie and deny without even investigating the case. Had he/she spent 5 minutes actually looking at the case they would have seen that I have two letters from the u Ted states postal service stating the this is 100% mail fraud. eBay continues to withhold my refund. This is so unacceptable on so many levels with no one to escalate to. It makes me physically ill to think about it. I would like to be contacted by an executive or high level management:

·9 months agoGood morning & Merry Christmas to you.
By continuing to post on the AUSTRALIAN Site eBay.com.au you will continue to be ill & disgusted.
Did you not read the first reply you received?
Sign out of eBay.com.au & sign into eBay.com.
Perhaps you will be "contacted by an executive or high level management".... ho, ho, ho.

There is nothing other members can do, especially not other members in Australia
eBay do not read the member to member forum, especially not for eBay members in a different country
ebay do not look at things
As you were also asked if you actually opened a claim, you have to do this
contacting eBay is not opening a claim
ebay staff type from pre written scripts
You need to ask on the member forum for eBay USA
We are not them

·9 months agoYou have opened an actual ebay claim? You're not just talking with the support team, I hope.
Casey is right and you'd do best to ask on the US forum, just in case things are slightly different over there. I'm sure they will have specific suggestions to help.
One thing I do see suggested here at times is getting onto ebay's facebook page, plus I think there is an ebay site where you can address the problem of scam tracking details (if that is what this is).
Whatever you do, keep on it. I'm sorry this has happened to you and good luck.

As both you and the seller are registered in the US, I recommend you log out of here and log in to the US forum where US members will be able to help you.
