Have you actually bought anything and paid for it ?
Or have you tried to buy an item , been blocked from buying , and when you asked the seller why you couldn't buy, you were told it was a restricted item to certain postcodes . eg: Bladed products - Knives, Machetes etc

Is the email real, and not a phishing scam?
Do you mean the seller cancelled using the reason problem with buyer's address?
Did you indeed try to buy something that is restricted ?
