i have bought a water filter system from your company need a metal case for that?
have been delivered a whole house water filter system 10x4.5 inches triple blue washable, installed on wednesday 2 days ago, need a case, was told by plumber that needs to contact you ?couldn't fine case for that on line, can you help me ?

OP8 months ago1-how can you help me find a metal case for my water filter system bought from you last week.
2-plumber who installed it told me that water pressure inside filter 700 pk which is not muched with water pressure inside my house which is 500pk and could cause burst pipe , need a pressure reducing valve that cost me $760 to install it, on top of $960 already paid to install water filter system , been trying to contact you , your phone numbers are incorrect & you don't answer your emails , every time try to contact you you ask me for a password and then message me that is incorrect , I need an answer ?

·8 months agoYou have not bought from anyone here, this is the member to member forum, the plumber would have told you to contact the seller, not other members or eBay
You don't buy from eBay, you buy from sellers who list on eBay
Did the listing saying a case was supplied?
If not have you tried Google
