    The seller does not have to cancel. Don't 'buy' stuff when you are'nt going to pay for it. Thank you for letting other members know you think this is ok to do to sellers

     

    Might be different in The US where you are, here in Oz you would be getting a strike on your account and unable to buy from sellers who have blocks  in place against fake bidders
