I have just been recharged by Cover Genius which I assume is the Xcover.com furniture insurance.
I have an email from Xcover stating that my cover was cancelled and yet I am still charged

You would know if you cancelled your cover or not
Even if you did cancel, you could still have outstanding money you need to pay
And as asked, what does this have to do with eBay?
And what is your question for other eBay members?
