I have made a complaint to the helpdesk about a seller been totally ignored , not even an acknowledg
I bought a product of a seller. I received the product and in their eBay ad they totally misrepresented the product. They lied about a capability. I lied about a wattage. They lied about the capacity. It would carry. But yet they’re still allowing this person to sell these products and totally ignored my complaint, they said it was past the return date , ok Fair enough but what I want to know is what are they doing about this unscrupulous seller?

·4 months agoIt's your word against theirs. The only thing you can do is to open case as soon as you realize there is a problem and the seller does not respond. Then leave negative Feedback with simple factual comment to warn others. And study sellers' FB before you buy.

What is the item number?
Why did you not open and follow through with an item not as described dispute (not simply try to request a return) ?
Was it an authorised seller for such an item?
Or some random selling something that does not comply with Australian safety standards?
(Where they registered in China/drop shipping from there?)
Did they have numerous negs?
