A helpful and informed answer is more complicated than a noodle.
In short, the posts of responders are not noodles!
OP, come back, stick around, read…

·1 year agoThe have also left neg feedback for the seller stating
I will never give a feedback until your company a Has a system were I can talk to person and not a machine
So aside from leaving inappropriate feedback for the seller, based on them thinking the seller is 'eBay'
they are still complaining about not being able to talk to a person. Apparently we fellow members are 'machines' according to the OP
One for the party list for sure

·1 year agoGenuine Pandora can only be purchased from an authorised Pandora seller.
I wanted some Pandora charms for two family members… and while searching online found just how ubiquitous the fakes are. Local Pandora shop had all of the genuine ones, of course, and the lovely saleslady was even able to find a scarab beetle charm for the Ancient-Egypt-loving family member.
That’s what you need to do if you want the genuine Pandora; go to Pandora - in person or from their website. It doesn’t matter how often or in whatever size letters a listing may say “GENUINE!!!!!”… they are fake fake fake fake fake unless they are from a Pandora-authorised seller.

·1 year agoSo, it's the Countess' fault!
Off with her head.
Pandora has nothing to do with the OP's problem AFAIK
springyzone
·1 year agoProbably my fault.
I was telling OP to read feedback in future as the seller I think he bought from has a history of selling fakes & dangerous items, according to the feedback. One buyer commented that the pandora they bought was a fake, & I mentioned that a Chinese seller on ebay isn't where you go looking for genuine pandora. Plus another buyer had an electrical item that exploded or caused a bulb to explode.
So those issues are not about ozma's missing item as such but more about being careful who you buy from.

·1 year agoWhen the OP first posted on the 29th, no negative feedback had been left.
Everything indicated that it was one of two sellers with seller X being the most likely.
It still could be !
The negative feedback left is obviously aimed at "eBay as the seller".
And starting with "I will never give a feedback" doesn't actually indicate there's been a problem with the pill box seller.
I'm hoping that poor seller hasn't received negative feedback just because the OP isn't happy with not being able to talk to someone at eBay.
And of course, very poor form of the OP not to let anyone know exactly who the problem is with, or
indeed if there is an actual problem.......after being answered so quickly, even if 3 minutes late !

·1 year agoSpot on
The OP’s neg is entirely inappropriate and unreasonable and I can only hope the seller at least tries to report it
Having a tantrum and leaving a neg because us ‘robots’ (members) took three minutes to reply is disgusting. And then punishing the seller for us not replying fast enough

·1 year agoI still strongly suspect it is the seller X that ozma is unhappy with.
That's because the complaint is about an item not received, not a faulty item.
With the negative, that gives the impression (to me) that they may have had a problem with something else they bought (a pill box?), which the seller tried to fix, and where the seller has now requested positive feedback. If this buyer had to go through an automated ebay claim system to get a refund or partial refund or whatever, he would not have been happy.
It could be part of the reason though why the buyer is now jumpy about another item bought from ebay. But it is all speculation unless we are told more details.
I agree, the reason given for the negative is not fair as it is about a process and not about the problem with the transaction.
But isn't it funny how ozma expects instant responses yet is slow to reply himself/herself.
My suspicion is ozma has no idea this is a message board and is sttting at home, fuming that ebay has not replied in messages yet.

·1 year agoThey also expected an item to reach them from China in a week (giving weekend and public holiday was included)
But yes, demands an instant, on the spot reply and then totally ignores everyone

·1 year agoI have only given a kudos to you only in the hope it alerts you and you come back to read some answers.
No, you can't talk in person to anyone here, but you can talk to someone on ebay, with a bit of effort. Look at the help pages.
Most of ebay is automated though, so if your item doesn't arrive by the estimated date, you can open an ebay claim all on your own, without having to talk to either the seller or ebay.
You seem to have a thing about talking to people in person and I admit, it is good to deal with real people, but I think for that, real shops are the way to go and may suit you better.
Sorry, I had a bit of a smile at one of your (negative) feedback comments.
I will never give a feedback until your company Has a system were I can talk to person and not a machine
If it is the seller X you bought from, and I think it probably is, then casey is right and that seller has a note about being away till 2nd Feb. So it won't be sent till then and probably won't arrive for a few weeks after that. You need to check the estimated arrival dates. You can only open an ebay claim once those have passed.
I think it is likely you will eventually receive your item, but when you use ebay, you need to pay attention to other people's feedback. That is a seller from China with a history of selling fakes ( not that I'd be looking for genuine pandora from a seller in China, which one buyer apparently expected).
Not only fakes, but sometimes items that are actually dangerous (see the feedback about Christmas tree night light).
Ignore what ebay says about some of these sellers being marvellous, they are not. Try to buy from sellers located in Australia, if you must use ebay.

·1 year agoThe feedback page of your seller X shows:
"The seller is away until 02 February 2025. Expect a delay in delivery until they return"
However the feedback indicates slow delivery, fake items and even a fake tracking number so I fear you're
going to be disappointed.
Have you been given a tracking number and estimated delivery date ?

·1 year agoyou have posted on eBay's discussion boards, where ordinary members try to help others.
Nobody who reads here will phone you.
There is no way of determining when you will get replies to your post.
Relax, someone will reply with information that will help you.
In the meantime, how about providing a little more information, like:
- when was the estimated delivery date?
- where was the item location?
- who was the carrier, Aust Post or other?
- was there tracking on the item?
sandypebbles
·1 year agoYou only posted three minutes before you asked someone to answer you
If, in the unlikely even the last estimated delivery date has passed, contact the seller
If they are not helpful after that, open and follow through with an item not received dispute
What was the estimated delivery date?
What is the item number?
Where is the seller registered?
What is their feedback as a seller like?
You do not need to talk to anyone (I assume you mean from eBay, who very rarely read the member forum
But even if they did, that is not the way to resolve an item not received
You do need to be more patient though, expecting to get an answer within three minutes of asking is just a tad unreasonable . Especially given other members are neither glued to the forum waiting for questions, nor are we paid for responding

·1 year agoIt's been 7 working days since the 17th - with weekends and public holiday accounted for.
The last 2 sellers that left you feedback are registered in China.
If you receive a parcel that quickly from China, the seller deserves a medal.
Patience is the keyword.
