I cannot contact the EBAY Commerce australia and have paid $56.48 through paypal.. Nothing received money taken from account and no one can tell me how to the refund

If you're out of the 30 day time limit for eBay, you have 180 days from payment to file a dispute with Paypal

·2 years agoIf you are saying you purchased something from a seller on eBay and you have not received it, you open and follow through with an item not received dispute (within the time limit) .
There is no need/reason to contact eBay for that
If you are saying you have been charged for something you did not buy (an unauthorised charge) you report it to your bank
eBay Help is at the top of every page
There are any number of posts/links/etc etc etc on eBay and the forum with all the information you need on how to get a refund
After 10 years, it might be time to take a look at the buying basics
