·4 months agoThe only thing you need to do is open and follow through with an item not as described dispute
And you need to stop buying g such items from randoms on ebay, serious safety risk and fire hazards
Other members cannot see anything from the order number, what is the item number?

The onus will then be on the seller to provide return shipping or refund you.
There are time limits on cases. When the time has expired be sure to escalate.
