I have received an item that I did not order. What do I do?

On the 7th October I received a parcel that I did not order. I would like to know how I go about returning it. The item is a Disney Parks hoodie.

Please advise what to do.

I AM NOT PREPARED TO PAY THE POSTAGE AS I DID NOT ORDER THIS ITEM.

Someone is waiting for their hoodie to arrive!

eBay do not sell anything.

Did you actually buy SOMETHING and got this instead? If so, no reason to contact eBay, you open an item not as described dispute.

If you did not order ANYTHING, likely it is a brushing scam (although usually they most commonly come form China) Better to start your own thread to ask other members about this, then tack a comment on someone else's post from over 10 years ago

How could eBay have a way for a buyer to find out about something if they did not actually buy anything?

I also just recieved an item today I did not order. It came from the USA to Australia car filter. There is absolutely no help on the ebay website for this problem. I contact the courier who delivered it and they also had no return details of the seller just that it came from Ebay. So at this point I have an order number but no contact details for the seller. Surely ebay could have a process for people to put in the order number and reverse track it.
