You are way out of time to do anything via eBay now
The time limit is 30 days after the last estimated delivery date
You have 180 days if you paid via PayPal
The last resort is a chargeback through your bank
What was the estimated delivery date?
What is the item number?
It is almost 5 months since you ordered , in future you need to act within the time limit if you want to be covered by the eBay MBG
