I ordered an item on the 30th April and was given the above order number.
I ordered an item on the 30th April and was given the above order number. This item has not been sent. When I tried to contact the seller there is no reference to this person in the system and there is no reference to my order number in my purchase history. You have accepted my payment for $490.05 and I would like this money refunded.

·3 years agoWhat is the EDD of your order? Look in your “Mu purchases” (and as others have posted, extend the time period to see orders older than the default time period).
If it’s no more than 30 days since the latest estimated delivery date, you can open a refund request. Do not delay! Once that timeframe has lapsed, you can no longer open a request under the eBay Money Back Guarantee.

Extend your purchase history in the drop down menu, to locate your purchase.

Have you changed the time period in the drop down menu to cover when you bought it?
Naming and shaming is not permitted, as you agreed to when signing up, so a mod will remove the name
How do you know it was not sent?
What was the estimated delivery date?
The seller you name is still selling, they have just changed username
Their feedback is horrid and looks very much like they are drop shipping rubbish from China
Please read up on the buying basics and how to use eBay
Hopefully you have not left it too long to open an item not received dispute
