Best do as Padi suggests immediately as return request must start at Latest:

30 calendar days after the estimated or actual delivery date or within the seller's stated returns window, whichever is longer.

You may have waited too long already

What do you need to know from other members?

Was the seller an authorised seller of the product?

There is no warranty if they are not (no matter what the listing 'said')

Depending on the timeframe you might be able to open a dispute with eBay's MBG, see the link below.
