·2 months agoThe last seller who left you feedback has had their items removed from the site by eBay.
The items in their recent feedback have also been removed by eBay.
If the item's been removed from your purchase history, eBay Help can open an item not received claim manually for you if required.
Click on Contact Us at the bottom of the page in this link and on the right hand side you'll see the automated assiustant. Ask to speak to an agent

·2 months agoAs others have said, please be careful with the details you post!
In terms of the protection you have, you should read this page: https://www.ebay.com.au/help/policies/ebay-money-back-guarantee-policy/ebay-money-back-guarantee-policy?id=4210
It’s the eBay Policy page on eBay’s Money Back Guarantee (MBG) in the Help section. You should read it thoroughly, and take note of the details because the details are very significant.
1. When you ordered, an EDD (Estimated Delivery Date) or rather EDDR (Estimated Delivery Date Range) would have been provided. You can open a case/dispute/request/claim (so many names for this…) once the latest EDD has passed. Open it once you are able to do so, if the item hasn’t arrived by that time.
2. If the seller doesn’t refund you within 3 business days, the option to escalate / ask eBay to step in will appear. Activate that option.
3. If eBay can see that the item’s on its way to you, you might be asked to give it a few days… but otherwise, if there’s no proof from the seller that the item has been delivered, eBay will refund you. (The seller will probably be on the hook to eBay for the refund amount.)
4. IMPORTANT: If you don’t escalate after opening the dispute, even though you haven’t received the item and haven't been refunded, then after 21 days the dispute will close and cannot be reopened.
Caveat: some people have been posting about the escalation occurring automatically… but of course don’t rely on that.
This highlights the importance of the timeframes. I strongly urge you to read the link I’ve provided. Note the timeframes. There is no give, no wriggle room, no grace period, not a a day, not an hour, not a second. 3 business days = 3 business days to the second. 21 days = 21 days to the second. 30 days = … you get the idea. The entire process is bot-driven.
Don't forget to come back here and post the outcome. It helps other people who come to these boards.

·2 months agoDo you have a date when the seller will be back? Normally sellers set their 'Time Away' dates in advance, with both start and end dates specified. Regardless of whether a seller is away or not, you will still be charged as normal. Nothing is going to happen until after your seller returns.

·2 months agoOther members can not tell you what is going on, how could we?
BUT
do NOT post your email address on a public forum, the only people who will contact you on it will be scammers. The highlighted warning that was there when you went to post, saying do not give out personal details is there for a reason
PLUS you gave your full name as well
If it is past the estimated delivery date, open an item not received dispute
Nobody here can see anything from the ref number etc
