Use the reason that the heater doesn't pass Australian Mandatory Safety Standards
and that these heaters are BANNED from selling in Australia,

In 2023 / 2024 eBay were notified of the ban by the ACCC and a clean sweep of the site was done, removing all the listings at the time.
Needless to say , eBay hasn't followed through with monitoring the banned items so they're still being sold on this site

You bought from a seller with feedback in the toilet who is drop shipping garbage from God knows where
Do not buy electrical items from some dodgy random, it is asking for trouble
The listing clearly states in comes with an EU plug and is 220v
