Have you communicated with the seller?
What was the estimated delivery date?
You only ordered on the 16th, so it is unlikely the last estimated delivery date has passed yet?
What is the item number?
What is the seller's feedback like?
Where are they registered?
Is it from the seller who has left you your only feedback?
If so, their feedback is utter rubbish, I would have hit the back button very quickly and not risked buying from such a dodgy seller
