I'm making a claim to have my E scooter refunded as my son was riding it and the handle bar fell off he hit the gutter and landed on his shoulder breaking his collar bone in two places and also broke his wrist . Im devastated that this has happened the quality of this is terrible and not safe at all he could have been killed . I just want my money back and I will return the item for inspection.Thanks .
