Item I bought cannot be found on Ebay
bought 2 items on Ebay, they have not arrived. Cannot find them on Ebay. therefore, cannot tell Ebay about my problem. Items payment appears on pay pall. AI is useless. Got email from seller says on way. They have not arrived. They have disappeared of Ebay screen. How do I contact Ebay or Pay pall in this situation. I am lost for words. It is only 50 bucks. Won't use Ebay much in future. can anyone help? note, 4 items the same were bought of two different sellers one day apart.

·1 year agoThe reason people are asking if you bought under another account or guest account (or I presume is the reason) is because we can't see any positive feedback from sellers where you have not returned the favour.
Not in the last month, anyway.
It is the last month that counts because if something goes wrong with a purchase, you only get 30 days after the expected arrival in which to open an ebay claim.
When you say you cannot find then on ebay, what exactly do you mean? If you bought under your current account brpur, then you should be able to go into the 'My ebay' section and look at the purchases section. Make sure when you look at your orders to check out the drop down menu on the side about 'view orders' and tick the box to see all in 2024 or whatever.
If your items were paid by paypal, you have 180 days in which to open a claim so you are in luck. Don't bother communicating with the seller if they can't provide relevant tracking information. Open a paypal claim if the item is over 30 days late, and follow through. $50 is a decent amount of money, no need for you to lose it. Paypal has the details of the purchase so you should be right with them.

·1 year agoIt disappeared from screen. Was there and said order was on way. Then 2 weeks later I looked every where and it was gone. No reference to it any where. But fund old email on phone and clicked on order details. Got file cannot be found. I had two duplicate orders for two identical items of two different sellers. Glitch in database retrieval? First two delivered. Second two disappeared from system. New to this stuff. Sorry to those I do not reply. However they turned up last night by courier. Thankyou. All the best. Merry Christmas. Was scary and I looked every where on eBay.

Two duplicate orders with two different sellers. One turned up other disappeared from screen found old package on way email. Clicked on details got file cannot be found. Data base glitch? Merry Christmas.

·1 year agoDid you buy on this account or as a guest ? or did you 'create' another account by signing in through social media?
Have you changed the drop down menu to cover the time period when purchased?
What were the estimated delivery dates?
Where were the sellers registered and what was their feedback like?
It's also PayPal, not pay pall

Clicked on order details said file cannot be found. I assume identical items from two sellers caused glitch in data base. Can't - I noticed make a claim if you can not find item. It was scary. Our reliance on the screen has been noticed by me. Did not muck about with settings on eBay or any other things. Found payment on pay pal. Had to go to eBay first with my troubles
Could not find item I paid for on eBay. Could get to pay pall to make a claim? They gate was shut. How to you make a claim to pay pall if you cannot find item? Thankyou. Merry Christmas
