Fake tracking numbers and items sent (or not) to incorrect addresses You have 30 days after the last estimated delivery date to open an 'item not received" dispute through eBay's Money Back Guarantee. Unless it is from overseas, in which case the notice is most likely due to delivery to the next link in the chain.
