Item NOT showing in purchase history.
I have purchased an item through ebay using Paypal . The money has gone from my account. Paypal have all the details but the item does NOT show in my purchase history, so I have no way of contacting the seller and the Paypal details do not match with a seller when entered in searches through ebay. What's going on ?
Is Ebay allowing non-genuine sellers to hack into the system ? There is no way of contacting ebay as an entity in itself to help solve the problem. This is NOT a satisfactory way of conducting an online business.
So we just lose our money.... is that the way it goes?

·3 years agoYour best chance of getting a refund is to provide full details of the transaction.
You could also read the eBay Moneyback Guarantee on the listing.
