Item not showing up in purchase history, no one to contact at ebay, I think I've been scammed.

Which is infuriating when there's no one to contact at Ebay or talk to. I'm pretty mad that someone has hacked my service and there's nothing I can do but take the financial loss.

It should still show up under My Ebay/Purchase History. If it was more than 60 days ago, you can choose the drop down to select the year instead. You can then click on the tracking from there.
You have recourse and there are steps you can take, but we need a bit more info.

·2 years agoI made a purchase in early May 2024. It does not show up in my Purchase History. And yes, I have looked for all of 2024 not just the last 60 days.
