As stated In subject. Item was ordered on 28th December. I contacted seller on 21st Jan stating I had not received the package. They asked for 48 hours to track it and then never responded. I opened a request with Ebay after the seller did not respond to my request for an update.Seller contacted me and asked me to close the case to receive a refund in 24 hours.It has now been 5 days and I have not received a refund and the case is closed.What are my options?I feel like I have been scammed by the seller to close the request.
