Last night Fri here in Aus I saw that DHL claim they delivered item & on Thurs it was headed to USA

DHL claim to have tried to deliver item twice on Thursday which they didn't as I was home all day!  On Thursday they said that it was being returned to sender.  I tried to contact DHL last night however they have a useless bot who eventually wrote to contact them on Monday... I'm concerned that come Monday my item will be back in the US.  Seller doesn't want item returned and said to contact eBay well that's a joke I can't find anywhere that I can contact them.
