Nobody here is responsible for who bought the item using your account and cannot cancel nor refund you
IS this purchase really under your account
Or did you get a scam email saying you have paid for something you have not bought?
IF it is a REAL charge
And you do not allow anyone else to use your account
you must contact your bank right now and report it, they will need to cancel/freeze your card and investigate
AND you need to contact eBay to report your account has been hacked/compromised so they can also suspend it and investigate
You have recent feedback from a seller in China who sells thing for that amount
