lost item
Hi did not get my item (10 Sheets 20 Pockets Coin Holders Folder Pages item number:364205720898) as they scan it as Delivered to the post office but before I could pick them up for some reason they scan it and back in to the post system and I have not received it

·3 years agoThe card that you likely received to tell you it was at the post office would have had a date on it and would have said the parcel needed to be picked up within a certain number of days.
If you don't do that, then it gets returned to sender.
You will probably need to talk to the seller and pay for postage if you want it re-sent.
If you are not happy with that, the seller may refund the cost of the item but not the postage component as they already spent that sending it to you the first time.

·3 years agoThe reason would likely be that you didn't collect within the 14 days AP give you.
Note: Failure to collect is not grounds for an Item Not Received claim. Talk to the seller and see if you can work something out.
