Ouch, I bet this is another person who thinks the job is done and they have contacted ebay about their problem.
I bet we are unlikely to see them return & it doesn't seem as if they know how to open a proper ebay claim. All we can hope is they didn't buy some cheap Chinese knock off.
PS Sometimes I think it is a shame there is not some system in place for mods to just forward obvious posts like this onto an ebay rep who could reply but low odds of ebay ever going the extra mile.

Was the 16th the first estimated date, or the last?
Have you contacted the seller?
What was the item number?
Did you buy as a guest?
Keep in mind the estimated delivery date is just that, an estimate
Did you actually buy from the official brand's eBay page or a random selling the brand?
