Hello
I have been waiting for my parcel which still hasn't arrived. I have checked my tracking details and it says it is at the ebay International hub Westmeadows Vic Australia. The tracking number is EEUS025241566AU0. It says that it was attempted to be delivered on the Friday 16th January at 8.09pm. I have checked my security camera on that day and there was no attempt to deliver. I would like someone to contact me so i can get my parcel. Please contact me as i don't know what to do.
many thanks

eBay staff very very rarely read here
After almost 2 months, I do not know what if anything anyone will be able to do for you
To add, if you are the buyer, you are not doing yourself any favours by constantly choosing to buy from sellers who have such terrible, terrible feedback

Dai Post has a very bad reputation.
The tracking shows :
"We couldn't leave your parcel safely. We'll let you know how to collect it"
Didn't Dai Post let you know where to collect it or didn't you receive reminders to collect during the following 10 days before it was returned to the hub ?
You only have 30 days after the last estimated delivery to file an 'item not received' claim through eBay's Money Back Guarantee
https://pages.ebay.com.au/ebay-money-back-guarantee
You have 180 days to file an 'item not received' claim with Paypal, if that's how you paid
And as a very last resort, you could try a chargeback through your bank
