We are not ebay, this is a messageboard so people posting on it are buyers and sellers, same as you.

e-purchasing is right. The ad you bought from should have had a delivery date range on it.

Always pay attention.

If something doesn't arrive or arrives with faults, you need to open an ebay claim within 30 days of that delivery date.

You can't open a dispute with ebay now as you've left it way too long.

As far as they are concerned, you didn't complain within the month so you must have been happy, end of story, and no correspondence will be entered into. It's all pretty automated.

You may have a chance with paypal if you paid that way and it wasn't more than 6 months ago. Or a bank charge back.

But in future, never, ever let things drag on. Be ruthless.

You have 180 days to file an 'item not received ' claim with Paypal if that's how you paid or failing that, you could try a CC chargeback with your bank

All items have an ETA, you should have been on top of it when they did not arrive when they were supposed to and not months later.

You need to take some responsibility in the matter and follow up when they were supposed to arrive.

Your option now is to file a credit card chargeback

Other members are not going to contact you

Did you open and follow through with an item not received dispute within the time limit?

If not, eBay have no way of knowing you had a problem
