Never Sent - Item wasn't even posted with Australia Post

Time Line of Events:
11 Jan, 2023 - The first Item was ordered and sent and delivered: (Completed successfully)
22 Jan 2023 - A second Order was placed (pad for) for the same Item:
This was a ruse by the seller and a method to show the item was sent.
But the item was never sent, which was confirm by Australia Post.
As it has taken me more than three months to confirm the item was never sent, I have tired to contact the Seller and find they refuse to even reply now.
How do I get this seller to refund the monies owed?
How do I get them marked for poor service?
Can I get a warning or even them barred from selling on ebay Australia?

·3 years agoUnfortunately, you've left it too long to do anything. You can't open a dispute through ebay, because too much time has passed. The seller isn't going to respond because they know you can't open a dispute. The best you can hope for is, if you paid via PayPal you should be able to open a dispute there. If you didn't, and paid with a credit card, you might be able to open a chargeback via your bank. If you open a PayPal dispute, don't start a chargeback because they will cancel each other out and you can't restart them.
You've also left it way too long for feedback too, so you can't even neg them.
As for getting them banned, forget it. Not going to happen. Seriously, you've got no hope with that one.
In future, don't leave it so long. If the item hasn't arrived within 30 days of the last ETA, open a dispute for item not arrived. Don't actually leave it 30 days, I'd be hitting the go button at 25 days.
Were they an Australian seller? Check where they are registered on their feedback page.

·3 years agoWhy wait for 30 days (or even 25 days) after the last ETA. why wouldnt you hit the item not recieved button within days of the last ETA, why wait. In particular if it looks and smells dodgy.
