No contact or tracking information on my purchased items. Ebay says they have no purchase on record
On 22/7/24 I purchased something on Ebay coming under "Ebay Commerce" andpaid through PayPal which has come out of my bank and there is no record of the purchase on my Ebay but the money was taken from my account. I have the ID numbers of the seller but can't get any information. I'm told "maybe I used a different Ebay account" I don't have another account.
I am very annoyed as I am not getting any help or information from Ebay.

On the off chance they've been removed by eBay, do you have the actual item numbers ?
Don't name the seller.

Very similar post to yours on here just the other day
They did not respond to other members, so no idea if it is the same issue
