On 22/7/24 I purchased something on Ebay coming under "Ebay Commerce" andpaid through PayPal which has come out of my bank and there is no record of the purchase on my Ebay but the money was taken from my account. I have the ID numbers of the seller but can't get any information. I'm told "maybe I used a different Ebay account" I don't have another account. I am very annoyed as I am not getting any help or information from Ebay.
